Training and Accountability- We keep your building site safe and secure

Our training programs are designed for buildings of all types and sizes. All Executive Cleaning Services employees are trained and certified on all chemicals, safety procedures and the security of your building, as well as proper cleaning techniques. Our employees both long term and short are trained to clean all areas of your location from our up to date training manual and on-site training. The training we provide for our employees is continuous and on going. Every member of our team is accountable for the work they provide. We inspect all of our building locations and cleaning sites during routine and unannounced visits to ensure our crews are performing their duties and complying to all safety and security procedures. The training programs we provide are mandatory for all crew and staff members regardless of prior experience. 

In addition to our training program, we make sure all cleaning crews and staff members understand, and follow our customer service policies and procedures. Our staff members are often asked by customers and clients to take care of additional tasks while on duty. We will make every effort to accomodate the requests as soon as possible. All of our staff members will provide a professional, respectful, and a positive attitude at all times.
